Monday, 28th January 2019. This morning saw the agency force represented in high numbers for the highly anticipated event, the 2019 Fyatuka Kick Off.
Fyatuka is a Sales Themed rallying call that has been coined to challenge the Financial Advisors to hit and surpass their targets this year.
The GM Sales and Distribution, Anna Manyara gave her remarks and took agents through the challenge incentive program that is set to run for six months dubbed Fyatuka 2019, which will culminate in a coveted trip to the South Coast on the 24th of July 2019.
The Chief Guest of the day was a motivational speaker, Mr. Wanjohi, who gave a witty and thought-provoking presentation.
The MD, Abel Munda followed shortly after, where he reiterated the Company’s commitment to the Financial Advisor’s success. “At the core of success is discipline, doing things the right way even when no one is watching. Combine this with the ability to plan and the values of honesty and integrity for a sure recipe for success”, he said.
The MD thereafter officially launched the 2019 Fyatuka Challenge amidst cheers and jubilation, marking the commencement of the roadshow where the message will be communicated across the branch network to ensure that all the sales teams are aligned and ready to Fyatuka!
